香港盃 - 第十二屆國際藝術體操錦標賽
網上報名（小組項目）
*除得到賽事籌委會書面批准，否則有意參賽的運動員需透過俱樂部形式進行報名，所有獲邀俱樂部可向賽事籌委索取詳情以便為運動員進行報名。
*成功報名的參加者將會收到確認電郵及繳交參賽費，如報名後四星期內未收到電郵確認，即表示未能成功報名。
有中國的隊伍反映於報名網站成功但未能顯示已填報，所有已報名之中國的隊伍請盡快電郵查詢組委會是否已收到報名資料。
因報名情況踴躍，香港盃藝術體操邀請賽之報名將進入候補名單，候補名額將按先到先得形式於所有報名確認後逐步分派。
HKGT HKCup RG invitation championships; registration is full, all registration from now on will be put on waiting list. If any team withdraw, waiting list registration will be assigned per first come first serve basis based on form received.
由於是次賽事參與人數眾多，故代表隊證件有以下措施：
由1-10名運動員組成的代表隊可以持有2張經理/教練/代表團團長入場證進入限制區域包括比賽場。
由11人或以上運動員組成的代表隊，最多可持有3名經理/教練/代表團團長入場證進入限制區域包括比賽場。
Due to the large number of participants in the championships, the entry pass of each delegate has the following measures:Delegate consisting of 1-10 gymnasts can have 2 manager/coach/head of delegation pass for entry to the restricted areas including but not limited to the competition hall.Delegate consisting of 11 or up can have maximum 3 manager/coach/head of delegation pass of entry to to the restricted areas including but not limited to the competition hall.
